The Colonial at 22 Bryant Place in Westwood closed for $1.7 million on October 27, establishing the highest residential price recorded in the borough for 2026. Max Stokes of Keller Williams represented both parties in the transaction.
The property was built in 2020 and remains under five years old. It features four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The interior layout includes a two-story foyer, formal living and dining rooms, and a chef's kitchen equipped with dual ovens and a large center island. The kitchen connects to a great room containing a gas fireplace. The primary bedroom suite on the upper floor includes two walk-in closets and a bathroom with a soaking tub and dual vanities.
Outdoor amenities include a heated swimming pool with a waterfall, installed in 2021. The pool is surrounded by a paver patio with outdoor speakers and a gas line for grilling. The home also incorporates a Savant smart-home system, Lutron lighting, and surround sound. A spacious lower level provides space for recreation or an office, and the property includes an attached two-car garage.
This sale follows a prior record set in March 2025, when a home at 53 Crest Street sold for $2.6 million. Current market data indicates that Westwood home prices have continued to climb, rising 13.3 percent year over year. The median price for the three months ending in September 2026 stood at approximately $825,000.
The transaction reflects the ongoing upward trend in the local housing market despite the specific price point being lower than the 2025 peak.
