The San Antonio Spurs defeated the Utah Jazz 119-97 on Monday night to secure their fifth consecutive victory.

Dylan Harper led the Spurs with 17 points, while Victor Wembanyama contributed 12 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks. Stephon Castle added 16 points and Keldon Johnson scored 15. This balanced effort saw seven San Antonio players reach double-digit scoring.

San Antonio shot 60% from the field and outscored Utah 35-20 in the third quarter. The Spurs never trailed after a 15-foot jumper by Markkanen in the opening minute. They built a lead after an 18-2 run following a Flagrant Foul 1 by Peterson on Devin Vassell.

The Jazz went 7 for 26 in the first quarter, scoring a season-low 16 points. Utah made 5 of 11 three-pointers in the second quarter to cut the lead to 37-36, but never regained control. The Spurs outscored the Jazz 26-9 on fastbreak points and 52-36 in the paint.
